Job Description

A mid-weight digital content specialist with 3+ years agency experience developing content strategies and copywriting posts across web, email and social. Ability to take on multiple projects and self-manage workloads ensuring deadlines are met with work that’s of a high standard.


The Role

  • Plan, manage and implement content calendars and marketing campaigns including social media, web, email
  • Content generation for social, email and website channels
  • Scheduling, posting and uploading content for social, email and website channels
  • Lead and drive ongoing improvements to digital content processes, including timeframes and work flows
  • Drive outreach programs and opportunities, including community management and engagement
  • Manage and collaborate with media and PR agencies
  • Lead and manage monthly reporting including insights, trends & analytics
  • Collaborating with our creative and digital teams on the development of content style guides, messaging and processes
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, well structured, and consistent

 
Responsibilities – (non-mandatory)

  • Provide reactive capacity across all digital platforms.
  • A good understanding of current SEO best practices and fundamentals
  • Set-up and review media alerts, creating cut-through digital content in response
  • Review social listening tools daily to pick up and capitalise on online trends  
  • Provide audience insights to the team by using social media platform analytics and performance tools
